PROJECT SCOPE

DGA developed comprehensive bridging documents – more-than-conceptual design documents and basis of design requirements – for this 250,000SF facility allowing it to achieve LEED Gold certification in a cost-effective manner.

While providing lighting for seven floors of offices, conference centers, training and multi-purpose rooms, cafeteria, day care, fitness centers, courtyards and a parking garage was challenge enough, we also focused on sophisticated strategies to increase natural light within the central well of the building.  Studies using both AGi32 and Radiance allowed for modeling complex daylight reflectors designed specifically for sun-print transmission.
