PROJECT SCOPE

DGA completed work in 2012 on this heroic $1.4 billion, 1.23 million SF international terminal facility at Hartsfield-Jackson (Atlanta), the busiest airport in the world.  Characterized by signature blue “lines of light” throughout the main ticketing hall, lighting scales and humanizes the gargantuan facility.  LEED Gold equivalence was achieved in part by daylight-responsive controls and energy efficient (pre-LED) lighting.  Our scope included the departures concourse areas, boarding lounges, lobbies, sterile corridors, ticketing hall, arrival hall, security checkpoints, APM Station, baggage claim, INS hall, FIS facilities, public circulation, stairs, retail, transfer lobbies, and departures/ arrivals frontages.
